3x3 Pistons and passible rotors.

I've been building for a while (1450 hours) and found that small grids really need 3x3 pistons like advanced rotors and hinges. Maybe they could telescope the same length of 1x1 pistons (2m) but I wish large conveyors could telescope like small conveyors. This would allow telescoping grinders, collectors, connectors, and welders in small grids
The other item is passible rotors. What I mean by that is rotors that you can climb/walk through. I was thinking for small grid, they are maybe 7x7 and large grid they are 3x3; each with conveyor ports on the base and head. Maybe they could have ladders in them, but that wouldn't be necessary. I could CAD them if requested.
