Request: Inverted Light Panel or Inset Light Panel

The light panel is a fantastic block and incredibly useful for decoration. However it's missing a critical variant that would add a TON of value to the DLC purchase consideration.

The problem is that the light panel is on the back side of its block, meaning you cannot have it flush with other blocks and cannot place anything directly on the light surface. The closest you can get to having a flush light panel is to use a piston to push the light by about 0.9 of a block, which is not a good option because of space constraints, physics issues, and collisions. This could be fixed with an inverted version or an inset version. The inverted option would allow players to place a light in the roof of a room while allowing a floor above, which would be very useful and was suggested by Splitsie in a video (no longer sure which one unfortunately).

Both versions would be simple and require minimal time to implement. For the inverted option, all that's needed is flipping the existing model within its block such that the illuminated surface is on the same plane as the face of the block. For the inset option, the existing inset interior light could be used, just with one face swapped.
