Signal DLC Bay Windows should have a diagonal window and more rail options

Currently, the bay window with railing doesn't match well with the bay window end block, since there is no version of the end block with a railing - you'd need to add one inside the window and they won't line up.
The inset wall blocks line up nicely with the bay windows, but there is no diagonal bay window type like there is with the inset walls. There's no good way to use bay windows that curve "outwards," only "inwards."
