Small Grid 1x1 Advanced Rotor jamming with lowered displacement [1.204]

Whenever setting the displacement on a small grid 1x1 advanced rotor below ~4.5cm, the rotor begins to 'klang out' and jam and is unable to rotate. This does not occur with the normal 1x1 small grid rotor.
