DLC Signal : Jamming and Hacking

Perhaps there could be more to the DLC, take over grids at range or jamming your own signal so no one sees your antenna's but only you can... I don't know, kind of feels like a cool concept, could also work with radars if anyone is interested in that.
Just thinking out loud and hoping something becomes of it
