More light types

These would not necessarily need to have new functions but only as comparable to existing ones just with new models. Currently to add more lights I need to use mods.
- Hanging office-style lights
- Industrial light variants
- Caged lamps (see image)
- Wall sconces for residential zones
- Interior and spotlight inset into block to allow lighting to be flush with ceiling (like halogen room lights)
- Metal lampshade light
- Standing lamps from floor
These would add a variety of cosmetic elements that players can use in their structures.
