Request for discrete on/off for inertia dampeners for remote control

Attempting to make a missile that can auto launch by detecting thruster use from AI combat block.
If the missile is attached to a moving grid it may have dampeners turned on which may cause it to prematurely fire. The current option does not allow for reliable control.
