Option to NOT target faction members

Currently in the game, you are able to lock on to factions members as well as their grids. This is horrible, for one if we are in a fleet, and a faction member is in front of me im unable to lock an enemy because the game really wants to lock closest grid. This also kills multi crew ships as the guns will try to lock on the faction members aboard the ship!? atleast give us an option to be able target faction as a check box somehwere.
Please Keen, fix this quality of life issue
