Let us directly operate large grid custom turret controllers like a helm

The large grid custom turret controller already looks like we should be able to just grab the controls and control the turret, so why not let us do just that? One of my ships has the sides of the bridge lined with custom turret controllers, and I've had to put helms infront of them all each with buttons to control the one infront of them. It looks a bit weird and shouldn't be necessary with how much better the CTC looks as a helm itself.
