ADMIN menu: suggesions how to save CPU

Is it possible to have a sub-menue in the admin menue to see how much CPU is used by whatever, and maybe also suggestions on that how to save CPU, like:
conveyor system of grid xxx to complex because of too many branches. 43% of CPU is occupied by 3488 conveyor branches. Delete unused conveyor branches to save 15% of CPU <<<click>>>
grid xxx to complex
22% of CPU occupied by 1000 H2/O2-Generators; turn them off to get 22% more CPU <<<click>>>
34% of CPU occupied by 5000 floating objects; delete them <<<click>>>
etc
(these are just junk examples...)
