New Blocks: An Oxygen-Generator and a Hydrogen-Generator

We already have an H2/O2-Generator. But on planets, I get my stored oxygen from ventilators. So it would be nice to have a new block 'hydrogen-generator' that produces only hydrogen.
On space stations and space ships you might also have no need for hydrogen, because you dont use hydrogen thrusters but ion thrusters. So an oxygen-generator would be nice, that only produces oxygen.
Why is the H2/O2-Generator not enought, well, in both cases, you might have other tanks connected to the conveyor system, but you dont want to fill them.

Probably easier to add a toggle for each output instead and this would also make it better for efficiency in creating one gas type because the outputs are independently consuming ice, so outputting both does consume more ice.
