Allow Store Block to sell and buy items based on conditions

I think it would be great for the store block to be able to sell or buy items based on how much of that item you have. Example if you want to have 100k Iron ingots but only have 90k in your cargo the store block would set a purchase order for 10k at whatever price you pre set for purchasing. If you have 110k it would set a sell order for 10k at whatever price you pre set for selling.
