In-game Radio

I love so many of the songs added by the music competitions but feel like it would be nice to not have to dig through the terminal to find the right song.
1) I suggest that a "radio" be added to all control seats cockpits, with play/pause/forward/back/channel select hotkey control options to cycle through the songs.
2) Have the cockpits and controls seat be able to play music for the player controlling them
3) Have sound blocks be configured to be used by the radio to play music throughout the same grid.
4) *Gravy suggestion and tied to the channel idea*. Be able to use the radio to broadcast voice transmissions as a sort of immersion boost
