ctrl+G should open build menu from a helm or the saddle cockpit variations

I assume they're both counted as control seats rather than cockpits but it's a little counter intuitive given one (saddle) is named as a cockpit while the other (helm) is in the cockpits block group.
Ctrl+G is functional with both the buggy and rover cockpits despite them being found in the control seat block group just as the saddle cockpits are.
