30min to understand how to recharge/heal - new player

Hi there! It took me 30 minutes to figure out how to recharge the health and power of my space suit with the Star System start. I tried following the tutorial instructions but they just said "activate the medical bay or survival kit to recharge".
So I clicked on the survival kit in every way I knew possible to no avail. I finally got it when I watched a youtube video and saw someone approaching the survival kit from the side, clicking on the computer panel and recharging.
I'm going to suggest being much more specific about the wording of the instructions e.g.:
"Recharge at the survival kit by activating the blue terminal on the side of the kit"
