Turret Collision Fix

I've had trouble with the small grid autocannon turret's hit box, it makes them difficult to put on top of grids that are supposed to pass through narrow spots. The turret looks like it has the clearance, but the turret collision box is so high it makes using hangars near impossible without designing the grid to be very skinny or tiny somehow.
It would also be nice if you could put armor blocks around the base of some turrets like the large grid turrets, provide better protection without the need of a mod.
