Placing Blocks as Decorations

It would be useful for decorating your builds if you could place all blocks, like thrusters, refineries, turrets, conveyors, ect as decorations. A block that is placed as decoration would only cost one steel plate to build, has basically no hitpoints and no functionality. Kind of like placing a fake block. These decorations would ideally only cost 1 pcu. That way you no longer have to consider block costs when making your ship or base into the masterpiece it was always destined to be.
