Block Idea: Armored Rotors and Hinges

With the addition of the custom turret controller, custom turrets are kind of a glass cannon when it comes to a lot of application. You can armor them up as much as you want but the hinge and the rotor are always seeming instantly shot at and destroyed. Maybe an armored variant can help them stand up to a little more abuse so that they don't become space debris once a battle starts.
