Request: Rails blocks

I've been trying to come up with my own vanilla railroad but I can't seem to get transitions to smoothly work without the cars falling off. Essentially it takes hundreds of hours to get a small section of rail to operate smoothly.
A rail block that vehicles wouldn't fall off easily would be wonderful.
