Thruster should have max power consumption.

Just like wheels and gyros, thrusters should have a power consumption override, so you can cap they at 10% or 60% whatever your demands are instead of 0 to 100% and half a sec of a directional key pressed.
yes, they already have override, wheels and gyros also have independent override with the power consumption as well. Would just make the game more consistent with its own behaviors that already exists.
