Block Description Option

Can you add a custom description window for all blocks? When I repair stuff its hard to figure out what block servers what purpose even tho I am the one who build it a week ago, I just forget the details of any semi-complex build.
Here is what I want:
I open the terminal -> I select Block -> there is a little window somwhere in the corner that says:
Reversers 4 hinges and 2 pistons connected to ramp.
So If I have a multi grid blueprint and I have to do some programing manually I know timer blocks or event controller should do. Simple.
