Expose MyDetectedEntityInfo to PB API and/or other AI Blocks on TargetLock

Keen has created the bones of a really cool system in Vanilla SE now with Target locking. Guns can have extended ranges based on target locks, lock time depends on grid size and range, and requiring line of site makes for a fun and decently balanced system.


Would be amazingly MORE useful if these locked targets could actually be communicated between grids or blocks with something like a MyDetectedEntityInfo object. PB API is the easiest and most flexible way to do this (Would work great with a variety of scripts such as PMW missiles). But allowing communication of Locked targets to AI blocks would also be great, as a way to designate targets from a parent grid (carrier or missile platform) to another grid (drone fighter or missile)
