texture mapping issue

1. Latest steam version of SE, build id 11447816

It seems to be a texture bug, it apears only under certain amount of sun light, it's not affected by angle, distance, it is in all words, no mods it's pure vanilla, for some reason color black is unaffected every other color is, textures like gold and silver are unaffected too, every other is, weldless is used as an example because it better seen on it, it affects all grids not just this ship, it apperad spontaneously in one day without any reason.
4. Windows 11 Pro, version 22H2.
