Add Light origin Offset function to Spotlights

The origin of light from the Interior light changes with the offset setting.
But all of the spotlights do not do this. Their light origin can not be changed. This would be very welcoming for building interior designs.
So please add a second slider that affects the origin of the light. Thank you <3
To further understand what I mean, please watch this video:
[In the Video I am demonstrating, that the light can be moved through a wall and can exist freely in another place. this is sadly not possible with spotlights.]
