Minor UI Issue in Mods Configuration Menu

In the right pane ("Active Mods") of the the "Mods" configuration menu , when there is exactly one more entry in the list than can be visually displayed in the pane, selecting the last item and moving it to the top of the list will focus the view to the top of the list and remove the scroll-bar, making it impossible to scroll down and interact with the item that is now on the bottom of the list.
This is not huge issue, as it can be worked around by either pressing "OK" to leave the menu, and then reopening it, or adding another mod to the active list, at which point it will correctly have a scroll bar.
Edit: Sorry - this should have been a bug report, (and I don't see any way for a user to move it to the correct section).
