Revise O2/H2 Generator Mount Points

Please update the o2/h2 generator mountpoints so that blocks can be mounted onto at least the frame. I had a particularly frustrating experience trying to secure a battery block since I could not mount it onto one of the o2/h2 generators solid surfaces.
