[Block suggestion] Depleted Uranium Armor

Depleted Uranium Armor serves as an armor type that will give ground vehicles and immobile stations a distinctive advantage to be on par with air and space ships.

With how much weapons are there in SE, both vanilla and custom-made and how easily is armor destroyed, mobility is one best ways to stay alive.

However this doesn't apply very well to stationary or slow-moving structures, like stations and wheeled vehicles. They often can't reach speeds of ships or maneuver around rocketa and shells thrown at them.

What's worse, is that small grid armor is just plain paper. Even heavy armor is pretty much obsolete for what it is. What is the point of it if a single assault cannon shot will pierce your entire "tank" from front to end? Or rocket blasting away half of it with ease?

This makes building ground armored vehicles worthless, especially given how much PCU they cost for their meh survivability.

Therefore I'd like to suggest a new armor type called "DU armor":

- Much tougher than heavy armor. If we wanna be realistic, it would be about 1.5x-2x times more HP per block.

- Heavier than heavy armor by same amount as it is tougher. This is main feature of it, that makes it unwieldy for use in aircraft and spaceships due to high mass, but will be nonbrainer for wheeled ground vehicles.

- Requires Depleted Uranium ingot, which is a byproduct of processing Uranium Ore.

- Maybe give it improved ricochet chances? Idk.

I believe that adding this type of armor alone will kickstart entire ground vehicle engineering and creativity.
