Gravity pitch/roll events

Add event controller event to cockpits (remote control, etc) or new block for roll and pitch angle in gravity.
Mainly useful for ground vehicles - self leveling crane heads or rovers whose drills level to a selected intended angle (Drill on rotors/hinges that adjust angle to maintain a desired slope), or walkers coping cleanly with angled surfaces (stay vertical when ground isn't without needing maglocks to floor)
