Giver Timer Blocks and Event Controllers the models for program blocks

In an effort to make even nicer computer rooms, i’d love to have the ability to set whatever controller block i need to any of those lovely new models. On most servers with scripts disabled, im never going to spend 100 pcu on program blocks, but i do love both the classic program block viewscreen and the new automation server racks.
