Automation Subsystem Targeting

With the automaton update, Grid AI and Grid Automation is now much more significant part of ships. I suggest there should be another targeting option with turrets and combat AI: Automation. This includes: Timers, Programmable Blocks, Event Controllers, AI blocks, Sensors, basically the full Grid Automation list.
