Terminal menu should maintain between similar blocks

Pretty much the title, when going through blocks in the terminal menu if you click on similar blocks it should maintain the rough distance you had scrolled in the options
for example, when programming LCDs you have to scroll down a fair bit to get to the actual information you are wanting, whether it be text script or otherwise. With this change if you click on another LCD while already looking at an LCD in the menu the game should maintain your location in the options bar
