Add a access hatch or door variant for the Willis tubes.

i feel there is block missing in regards to the Willis Tubes from a gameplay / RP prespective.
the current Willis covers, only cover them and don't functionly move to provide access.
would very much like a varient i don't need to grind off if i wanted access.
it would also be cool to get;
A Willis tube with a centred door / hatch
A Willis tube cross varient.
