Event Controller Range of values

The event controller needs to have an on when above and off when below range for instance my hydrogen Gens flicker on and off when my battery's charge and discharge, yes you can fix this by using 2 event controllers but for large grid it takes to much space up, either a tolerance range i.e only change when it is 5% from 50% so that it turns on at 45% and off at 55% or be able to set the above and below percentage i.e. 45% < Bat% < 55%.
