Custom turret controller - follow sun with rotor and hinge minimum and maximum

Hello there,
I tried the new update and it is awesome that now the solar tracking can be done without mods or scripts.
One issue though: if I set the minimum and maximum angles for the rotor or hinge of the solar panels, the controller just goes beyond the limits. Sometimes the limits have to be set due to the terrain to avoid collision.
