Either letting the Willis Duct Grate be openable, or creating a seperate Willis Duct Grate that can be.

The Bounding box for the Willis Duct prevents players from grinding the Willis Duct Grate from within the Ducts. Attempting to do so will grind the actual duct block that you are standing in leaving the grate in place.

As usual.... An Obvious addition not being made by Keen and we have to rely on a mod to do it for them.. :( Dude this game could have been amazing! I hope there is something MASSIVE being made in the back ground because the small amounts of community made DLCs is just not acceptable in my opinion :(
