[BLOCK FUNCTIONALITY SUGGESTION] OH2/Oxygen generator to be able to release bottles to sorters.

The hydrogen generator is not capable to "release" the bottles, when they are reloaded. If a sorter tries to "pull" the bottles with "collect all" and the proper filters, the generator does not have "CanSend" flag set, to release the bottles. My suggestions for the dev's is to change that.
