Sound Block Added Vanilla Sounds

Please add more in-game audio files for vanilla game use, including:
- Alphanumeric (that is localized, though being able to throw in other languages would be a blast).
- NATO phonetic (for fun with assigning targets or GPS locations).
- Simple words that can be strung together: ship, landing, docking, brace, impact, fire, hazard, engine, thrusters, collision, boarding, drop, cargo, etc. that we can use to make statements with the event controller.
- While I'm wishing, male/female voices as options.
