Cockpit Toolbar configuration import/export

It can take a lot of time to set up a cockpit toolbar, there should be a way to export the configuration, e.g. as a text file, that can be copied to clipboard and pasted into a new cockpit to restore all of the actions in their toolbar locations, or saved as a text file on the PC running the game.
