Autocannon Turret Hitbox Fix/Return to Rest Feature

Much like how the small grid Gatling turrets had their hitbox fixed several years back, I and others believe that the autocannon turret has far too large of a hitbox, practically every bit of the 5x5 bounding box that it takes up. This is inconsistent with all of the other turrets in the game, and breaks immersion when trying to drive under gates and fit through doors.

The short and easy fix is to reduce the hitbox to the height of the turret when level, just like what was done with the Gatling turrets. This would enable ships and rovers with autocannons to fit through reasonably sized hangar doors, and match the expectations set by the other small grid turret blocks.

When turrets face upwards, they extend past their hitbox, and will phase through blocks, which does not look great. In addition, turrets will maintain their odd angles long after shooting at a target, for as long as the ship/rover is loaded into view.

While dynamic hitboxes would prevent the clipping, they are not easy to implement and frankly would cause too many problems.

A "return to rest" option for turrets set to no idle movement would increase the immersion of the game by making the turrets stay in a compact state while not in use, thus validating the smaller hitbox.
