Control panel /terminal ui and functionality improvments.

Currently in the game controling large grids with large numbers of blocks and subgrids or docked ships is a nightmare. Currently there is no way to distinguish subgrids beyond the text color in the control panel list, None at all in the terminal or cargo.

This creates another problem where in the terminal where toolbar configs are set. Commands set in cockpits, sensors, timers and the new event controller will get lost when that subgrid is disconnected.

This has been highlighted by event controller in that it cant monitor groups only individual blocks. These are removed if a subgrid seperates and not readded if it is attached.

My solution is to allow the control panel to act as a folder/directory system. With shortucts. The root folder would be the grid name. By default each block is sorted into a folder based on its type.

So a hydrogen thruster would be in shipname\thrusters\hydrogen\small hydrogen thruster 1

Groups become custom folders. Subgrids should show in folders like this.

This could allow grids connected through antenna to show up in the same structure. Automation blocks like timers to send through the intergrid communications.

Projectors should have a setting to define the folder blocks built from their are placed.

These last 2 would be very important after the automotons update with large numbers of drones flying.

Would be cool to have some command line style interface on my grid.

For pc players it would be nice to type jumpdrive1 -blindjump:1500 -jump and have it work

Or trigger a timer to recall a drone by typing \dronename\timers\recall -trigger
