[Automatons] Precision Mode

- Even with Precision Mode “Off” the ships tend slow down a lot at the waypoints, instead of flying through them at normal speed. It would allow a greater control if the simple On/Off mode would be replaced by a Precision Radius.
- Often, we need precise start and end points (e.g., for docking) but the waypoints in between do not matter much. It would be great if we could override the overall Precision Mode per waypoint. So, we could either set the waypoint’s Precision Mode to Automatic (where the Flight Block’s Precision Mode would apply) or set a Precision Radius.
