Event controller (laser) antenna intergrid communication

Antennas and Laser Antennas would have a "Message" function that transmits text or string to the network. This Message can be manually set or set by an action akin to the run command on Programmable Blocks, which replaces the previous message. Event controllers have access to the message if a (laser) antenna on the grid picks up the message directly or indirectly and compare it to internal text/string.
Events;
-Message Received: Fires when the receiving (laser) antenna picks up the message, works on one and two way connections.
-Message Linked: Fires on a two-way connection between the receiving (laser) antenna and the message (laser) antenna, directly or indirectly.
