Add Thrust Level Event to The Event Controller Block (Will make seamless VTOL possible)

Hey, my friend mentioned how if we can detect thrust level of thrusters using the event controller then we'll be able to have scriptless, non-convoluted VTOL
I tested the concept using zznty's More Events mod and it seems to be working c= nevertheless, would be cool to have more events still, I'm sure many people will find great use for them
I wish you guys consider this and thanks for all the hard works x3 ♥
