Event controller trigger match text in block details panel.

After playing with the event controller it seems the current implementation where it can only use a limited set of predetermined triggers. This is creating a bit of technical debt where now ksw will be bombarded with requests to add an ever expanding list of event triggers.
A quick and dirty solution to the problem. Give us 1 trigger where we can select 1 or more functional blocks. Enter in a text string. Options for contains or matches the seach string. Probably want a checkbox for casesensitivity.
This solution would probably take less then an hour to implement. And satisfy 50% of the suggestions related to the event controller.
