[Automatons Beta] AI Basic block follow mode should give priority to flight parameters

The new AI basic block have the follow home and follow player behaviors working a bit wonky:
If you use the above together with collision avoidance, plus minimum altitude and align to gravity, it sometimes it ignores those parameters, ending up crashing the drone.
The expected behavior should be that the drone gives priority to alignment and altitude constraints. So if for example minimum height is 10 meters, but follow mode is at 4, ship/drone should hover right above the player/beacon. It also won't point towards the player if it means rolling or pitching beyond set parameters.
