Antenna - threat in range slider - passed to event controller

Add a range slider or flag to the antenna control to define a long range response that can be acted on by the event controller.
Also it could have an Audio or visual alarm warning message checkbox.
Also possibly responds only to specific factions option.
This could be used to customize a territory of controlled space by a faction.
