[Automatons Beta] add Mining Task/Welding and Ore Exploration Task Controller

Mining/Weldings Task:
We need AI Offensive like task that allows to approach an ore deposite/unfinished blocks as close as possible. In case of mining intend there should be an aproach vector that is without any block collisions.
Ore Exploration Task
We need Ore Exploration Task that in space visits all meteorites and tags their ressources. Exploration could be limited by e.g. radius or if a certain ressource has been found.
