2x2 rotor

I'd love a 2x2 rotor. This would let you have a rotation axis on the corner of blocks, as well as having a whole grid offset in the same way. A 1x2 rotor would be nice as well, but possibly a bit clutter-y. It would be a simple addition. I know I could get it with mods, but I like uploading my creations to the workshop (I play exclusively creative), and hence I like people to just be able to paste in my builds with no mod compatibility issues, which this would help tremendously. I know I could probably use a rotor head attached to a suspension to get something similar, but still this would be much nicer and less jank, even if just for new armor panel configurations and the like.
