Apply Paint Textures to Glass

I thought it would be cool if the textures applied not only to the frames, but to the glass itself.
Clean armor would be clear glass, Battered armor could be all scratchy, or frost.. You get the idea
The gold could make gold tint
I remember some years ago, the debate raging about the scratches on the glass, and this could make everyone happy
