[New Block Suggestion] Laser/Shield Gate for Hangars

A new type of hangar gate that is transparent just like the ones in Star Wars would be a very great addition to decorate your ships. In order to open the hangar gates, you have to "disable" the shield.
While you can make something similar to that by using projectors, it is not that good performance wise.
